Narges is a legal professional specialized in contract drafting and negotiations as well as commercial dispute resolution.
She is experienced in sports-related dispute settlement, and in energy contracts.
She has obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law and in International and Comparative Law from University of Lausanne, Switzerland, where she is currently pursuing her doctoral studies.
Prior to this, Narges earned her first Bachelor’s in law and Master’s in International Economic and Trade Law from University of Tehran, Iran. Currently she is a PhD candidate at University of Lausanne, at the Center of Comparative, European and International Law, where she writes her thesis on Blockchain-based Dispute Resolution Mechanisms.
Narges has worked as legal consultant in law firms in Switzerland and in Iran focusing her practice on both contract law and commercial disputes, and energy and sports-related arbitrations.
Narges currently works at the University of Lausanne and is a consultant at Juris Legal Advisors.
She provides clients with legal advice in English, French, German, and Persian on a diverse array of matters including commercial contracts, corporate law issues, dispute resolution, trade law, and sector-specific issues in energy and sports.
